Even though the scripture show that the prophetic statement in Genesis 3:15 was uttered when Jehovah was pronouncing judgment upon Adam and Eve, no one wants to believe that the "heir of the kingdom," the "seed of the woman" could possibly be a descendant of the sinner, Eve.  Some have even explained this woman to be the heavenly organization of God's angels.  As a result of this type of thinking, this verse has remained a riddle or mystery to everyone up to our day.
